NEVER AGAIN! Just as fast it was put there it can be closed! Walk into store no one at front; said twice politely “excuse me”, people just can’t doing whatever. I had to holler ” Is there anyone working up front” twice again. Their portal service doesn’t work. This is the type of service you get in a “not so safe” neighborhood.This the $10 deep dish cheese I paid for!! Look like cheese bread cut into 4 pieces.

I can’t believe that girl called me a cracker! My online p/up was 8:11. When I arrived I was told that the computer was down so I needed to come back in 10 minutes. When I arrived in just 9 minutes, they had just handed my pizza to someone else. They said I needed to wait 10 minutes more for them to bake another pizza. This time, I didn’t go to my car. I just stayed at the restaurant and took their abuse. If it wasn’t for the tornado watch, I would have left.

Waking in I expected better as I’ve never had a bad experience at other locations. The teen that was taking orders at the window was also the person taking orders at the front counter. I asked for buffalo wings and 2 3 meat Italian cheese bread they had no idea what I meant even though the pepperoni version was on the menu. Once they figured it out I was told 10 minutes. 10 turned into 25 and I still had no food. She tried to give me a 3 meat pizza, not what I asked for obviously. She then gave me a box with both of my orders inside and I had to ask where my wings are. At any other location cheese bread is rectangle and cut into about 10 pieces at this one it is an oval barely cut into 4 pieces.

Worst location ever,went 3 nights ago and they was closed and 9,it was a Caucasian gentleman there and he watched us sit there waiting to be answered on the speaker and it never happened,and if u do go after 8pm you only getting whatever pizza they have ready because they will tell you quick they only got 1 pepperoni and 2 sausage and they not cooking anymore the night
