Just tried to make an order over the phone and the woman hung up on me. Absolutely horrible customer service to hang up on a customer and no answer the phone when they call back. All because their online ordering has been shut off and I was just letting her know. I will not be spending any more of my money at that establishment.

What’s the point of ordering online? Put in an order at 4:00pm to be picked up at 7:15pm. Show up and half an hour later (7:45pm) my order is still not ready and I have $60 worth of wings getting cold in the car. This place is a joke. If the kid weren’t 17 I would have taken his teeth.

Inefficiently ran, they don’t acknowledge you when entering the store to pick up a online order that’s not been completed. They have no clear instructions on pick up orders. I requested my money back and left the food. I’ll go to another franchise.

Words can not describe enough how badly they deserve this five star rating. Best experience I have ever had in a pizza place, let alone a Little Caesar’s in the twenty-seven years I have been alive. As of writing this review, this is an awesome Little Casears. We do Hot-n-Ready when we’re in a big hurry, but our custom orders usually take 10 minutes or less. Per our own double blind taste testing, Little Casears is better than other Detroit-style pizzas. Really good pizza and you cannot beat the value anywhere else. Our neighborhood Little Casears is awesome.
