Worst service i have had in quite awhile! They ignored me when I tried getting into the lobby, which they closed at 6:30 instead of 7. So i proceeded to the drive thru only to be ignored mid sentence when the employee closed the door on me. Sat there for 30 seconds while they pretended I don’t exist. I only got service after laying on my horn, and then get home to find out they gave me the wrong pizza and left my cheese bread burnt. Stay away from this Little caesars, they obviously do not care about their customers!

i waited 2 hours for 2 pizzas one stuffed crust and one regular pepperoni. When i received the order 2 HOURS later i was given 2 HOT AND READYS not the stuffed crust. the pizza is hard and the pepperonis are basically brown. This is ridiculous. Pizza crust should not sound like you’re chewing rocks. this tastes like it’s 3 days old.

My wife picked this up tonight from the Holt location after tball. This is un acceptable and on top of that it wasn’t even cut just thrown in the box. Great job guys!!!! On top of that @ 7:02p.m she picked this up and no crazy bread was ready and was told they are done with making that cause they close at 8. Seriously? Jolly and cedar here we come!!?

Bought a thin crust veggie pizza from them Monday and it looks like someone literally dropped it and put it back in the box. Thankfully I checked it before driving off. I went back inside and opened the box for them, I said this is terrible I would like a refund. He huffed & went to the window register, gave me a receipt and I left. When I got home, I looked at the receipt & he didn’t even give me the full refund. This isn’t the first time they messed up this badly. I used to love going here, but the service and food quality has really gone downhill. Thankfully the manager, Curtis, gave me the correct refund.

If the abandoned looking building my GPS took me to actually did have a business in it, the only thing they’re selling is disappointment. It’s got a very 90’s urban party store vibe, you can almost smell Macho Man and neon wind breakers in the dirt. Like if Vanilla Ice had hepatitis.

Took multiple attempts to get someone to answer the phone. Ordered ahead and picked up 25 minutes later but got home and discovered the crust on the one pizza wasn’t quite baked all the way, and although we had ordered and paid for extra parmesan on the bread, it definitely didn’t have it. Purchased a “Deluxe” and two Pepperroni pizzas. Not sure what happened to the deluxe pizza. This pizza was lacking because the sauce is missing and the crust did not rise. We didn’t even eat the pizzas. Tossed three pizzas out. Another issue was the lack of hand washing. Two of the workers had flour on their pants around areas you should not touch while preparing food. We ordered from Cottage Inn.

I was up-charged $5 on my order AND had to wait in the parking lot for mediocre pizza. I was told they were “hot n ready” and they certainly weren’t. I’ve literally never heard anything positive about this little Caesars location.

I went there over an hour before closing; 6:45pm, was told that they are not cooking anymore pizza and it was almost dark inside. So I got what was available ( hot and ready and breadsticks) the pizza wasn’t fully cooked and had no sauce on it. I had to put it in my own oven! Why even be open at all?
