Every year we vacation at St Ives, by far the BEST EVER, Little Cesar’s. Management, staff, ROCK! Love this location, clean friendly, knock those pizzas out. Hot, how a pizza should be. Quality, service, and cleanliness. Best little Caesars in Michigan.

Little Caesars offers plenty of choices at reasonable prices. I usually order online and I better have my car keys close by because they are so prompt making my order. The food is good and the taste is very consistent. Staff was also friendly and helpful. A great value for your money and a great business model.. Bravo Little Caesars!

The staff is always nice and good at getting my correct order the first time. The drive-through can be a bit challenging to navigate because of the potholes and narrow road and especially with a big vehicle. The food quality, staff, and accessibility are all good.

I mean, it’s Little Ceasars. I have pretty low expectations in general, but this location takes the cake. Always backed up. Employees don’t want to help you. They’ll walk right by you and ignore you. The real kicker is that they don’t make things right. I ordered a pizza (not a hot and ready), got home, took a bite, and it was like cardboard (definitely reheated from earlier in the day or the day before) so everyone who had a slice tossed it after taking a bite. I brought in the remaining slices to show them and hopefully get a replacement, and the manager told me there in nothing they could do. I’m very disappointed. They’ve lost my business, and I will warn anyone I know about this location.

The pizza used to be worth the $5 cost. They used to be a real, brick-store worthy pizza chain, now they’ve stooped to a new low between the lack of walk-in hours and the rough/tight drive-thru. The quality has remained at a $5 value, but now a hot-and-ready pepperoni pizza cost over 7 dollars. I understand cost increases over the years, especially with inflation, but Little Caesars costs nearly the same as Domino’s; in Big Rapids, MI., Dominos has superior quality. Today I bought 2 Supreme pizzas from L.C’s and it cost $27.56. Unreal. I have appreciated Little Caesars over the years, but the cost-to-quality becoming less worthy over the years, I might just have to move on from them.

This is either a hit or miss. Sometimes you get good service sometimes you get rude college kids that seem to not care how they treat people. Had to wait in the parking lot for over ten minutes and ended up having to go back up to the drive thro for us to get our food. And when we did it was super sloppy. But I have had other times where it’s been great customer service and food is great.

Constructive criticism, this policy of not letting people get the food out of the pizza portal and go through an hour long drive through line has to change. It takes 0 workers time for me to type 3 numbers into a machine.

We always order fresh pizza they always taste better. Hot and ready are good but quality seems to be better when you order ahead. And use the apps it super simple and fast to pick up food no waiting in line

Uncleanly business, once upon a time I ordered food here and watched a member of Little Ceasars team touch her private areas and then touch food. Do not recommend, unless you like team members touching your food who don’t practice cleanliness.
