The hot and ready was both hot and ready when I came in. Didn’t order ahead of time and walked in and out with 2 pizzas in less than 5 minutes. The pizza wasn’t great, but definitely wasn’t bad. It’s a good value when you want to just pick something easy up and not wait for delivery.

I ordered and paid for a large pepperoni, sausage and green bell peppers pizza, and a large hot n ready thin crust pepperoni. After about 5 minutes was told they did not have green bell peppers. So I asked them to just refund the 3 item pizza but keep the hot n ready ( that was not ready). They refunded the entire order and said I will be refunded back to my account in three business days! And that would have to pay again for the hot n ready. I just said never mind just give me my receipt for the refund. The manager on duty said that they also had run out of paper for the receipt printer and I would have to wait and return in 4 days to get it!! Wow what a waste of time and gas for nothing!

Usually the hot and ready pizzas my family order from this establishment are always delivered to us and handed to us. Today at around 8:00-8:30 pm the pizza we ordered was filled with ants, no one rang the doorbell or knocked on the door.

Went to pick up a delivery order, someone had already picked it up, customer never got their food. So the girl in charge cancelled my order after relaxing it. Tried to get more info and was rude. Called DD and they said the store cancelled my order. Manager in charge said that the customer had cancelled. Why people gotta be so rude?

There was a line for the drive thru so I went inside I asked for a cheese pizza with pineapple and cheese sticks. Got home and I end up with the pepperoni pizza I called the manager told her the person couldn’t even get a simple order right all she could say is I’m sorry we had a rush I was the only person inside the place. Last time I ordered online so it would be done by 5:30 we got there we ended up waiting 40 minutes more because they never told us the oven wasn’t working right until I complained about it

Ordered ONE cheese pizza. Was told the wait would be about 7 minutes. After a 35 minute wait and observing several vehicles receiving their orders (arriving long after me) I decided to go inside. After another five minute wait, I asked about the status of my pizza. Meanwhile, another employee slicing two pizzas dropped them on the floor and both her and the cashier began laughing. Professionalism at its finest. The cashier finally went to the rack where the ready made pizzas are pulled from. So the pizza I ordered 40 minutes prior had been sitting on a rack the entire time. Needless to say, I will not be returning.
