I ordered delivery through the little Caesars website. I ordered dipping sauce, I paid for it. It came with no sauce. I called little Caesars and the 12 year old manager who is the epitome of entitlement in this generation, actually said and I quote “what do you want me to do about it”. He refused to assist me with anything outside of telling me to call tomorrow. This is the closest little Caesars and one I go to often. I am sad to say I will not be going back to this store ever again. And I will be telling everyone I know about this.

Honestly I’m done with Little Ceasars after today. Idk the girls name but the one with purple hair needs a serious attitude adjustment, she’s always that way when I go in there. Not very welcoming and just down right rude. The other thing is paying 9$ for a Large pepperoni is ridiculous for that quality. Dominoes is way better pizza and priced, also I won’t have to deal with Ms attitude with purple hair.

I placed my order at 7:49pm by phone on 04/28/23 At around 8:10pm I showed up. They told me it would be about 10-15min on the phone I show up it’s about 40min now that Ive been waiting in the store. We asked for a refund and the little girl started calling names and throwing up hand signs. I called back and Fallen the manager said she couldn’t give me the name of the girl who was insulting us for asking for refund. The manager did not care that one of the employees shes supposed to be watching over was being disrespectful. There’s was a dad and his little girl and this girl was acting like she was a thug. I have a whole video that I will be posting everywhere.

Absolutely horrible pizza. This is the second time I’m getting a pizza in last couple weeks at this location and pizza has almost no cheese and barely any toppings. I uploaded a picture of this garbage. This was most bestest pepperoni. Now look at the picture they post how it should look. Looks nothing like it. I got this pizza before and it was amazing, but not the last couple of times. Apparently this location is cutting cost on customers behalf by not putting normal amount of cheese and ingredients. The other pizza I got was a supreme and half of the pizza had barely any toppings and the whole pizza had almost no cheese. You guys need to get your act together as there are many other pizza restaurants I can go to! You definitely lost my business! Shame on you!!! Everyone stay away and go somewhere else!!!

There should be additional options for customers if items are made incorrectly. Delivery through doordash does not mean that they should be the ones to reimburse me. Stuck with a pizza that I won’t eat. I had it delivered because I was unable to go there myself, so why would be able go head into the store to get my “correct” pizza. The store can’t resolve this issue until I feel like having a pizza again and want to order another one in the future.

Mixed experiences here, just like at any Little Caesars. You can get a cheap deal on decent pizza here, and it’s usually pretty fast, especially if you come during the hot-n-ready window. I like the stuffed crust here a lot. Sadly, my pizza last time I ordered was pretty soggy and greasy, though it did taste good. I’ve never had particularly bad service, though sometimes things could have been faster. They do seem understaffed.

The young guy, usually boxing up the pizzas after they are cooked, I think his name is Jared, has a real attitude problem. I was in a hurry and tried to buy a soda after previously picking up a call in order. And was told I would have to wait while he and another employee (this other guy was not a problem btw) count the till on the front counter. I offered to leave some money and let him take care of a soda purchase after they were done and he couldn’t handle that, so I left the drink on the counter and said forget it, and he scoffed and sneers a very sarcastic “thanks” and then omw way out hollers at me about “picking up my pizza an hour late”…. I didn’t realize I was being timed, for 1. And it wasn’t like all the warmers were full and my 1 pizza was taking up precious real estate that they were otherwise in need of. Just a terrible attitude to have because he didn’t want to provide a certain level of customer service. My point is, I order this one pizza from there often enough that I was quite taken aback by the way this kid would treat a regular customer. But I have no problem getting my flat crust pizza elsewhere if that’s the level of customer service that is acceptable at this location.
