I had the pulled pork and cabbage plate with 2 sides which was really good. My husband had the Loco Moco. Server met us with smiles and was willing to explain all the different dishes. Enjoyed it.

Chicken plate is delicious. I pay 50 cents more for some Katsu sauce for dipping and I get two scoops of Mac and one scoop of rice. So yum!

Great food! Friendly service! And most importantly a very clean restaurant! My wife found out they were opening in New Braunfels and had to come try their food. She throughly enjoyed it! I had the BBQ short Ribs and she had the pulled pork! My son had the BBQ beef and enjoyed it aswell. We will definitely be returning!

Visited for lunch and they had a great variety of options from plates, to bowls, ramen, and Hawaiian sushi. Can get a bit busy because everyone has been waiting for them to open and everyone who has tried it is coming back for more! And for good reason! After visiting Hawaii, and another Hawaiian chain – L&L has more authentic food and seems like less of a fast food feel. After we left Hawaii we thought we would never have Hawaiian Sun drinks again -SO glad they have such a wide variety. Must try! We’re excited to try other plates and ramen next time!

The spam ramen was very good. The katzu chicken was okay kind of bland. The 3 meat bbq plate was good same taste on all 3 meats, the chicken was the best is was tender.

A little piece of aloha in New Braunfels! It’s the only decent plate lunch in the San Antonio area. The staff are always nice and the food is always cooked well. Just know that the parking lot is limited and if you plan on going when they open back up for dinner there’s usually a line.

Stopped in to get my chicken Katsu, Lava chicken, lumpias and my free musubi on 8/08. Went to Hawaii in July, and had it(L&L) there in Honolulu. This was a very tasty treat for dinner. The staff was amazing, and it was a fun atmosphere. Thanks for bringing a piece of Hawaii to New Braunfels. Aloha, and Mahalo.

Very let down! Food sucked, the atmosphere was bad, absolutely no Hawaii feel to it whatsoever. Terrible drink selection. Seafood on the menu but you can’t order it because they don’t have any! Sides sucked. I wish we could get our money back!

Went to L&L in NB as we were in the area. Very good service and ono food as always. I asked if Auntie Sarah was around. With all these new L&Ls, I am sure she is hard to catch up with. I miss seeing her at the Austin Road location. When I first moved to Texas a few years ago, I was very stressed out and having a hard time with home and job. Finding L&L really meant a lot. It was so amazing to have local “comfort food,” great music, people to talk story with, and to feel the aloha in the room. Good luck with all the new restaurants!

The food sucked but the lady was very nice, french fries were good. I don’t recommend.
