So excited to have this place nearby. We have dined in, picked up takeout and had drinks while we ordered takeout – everything has been fantastic! The happy hour sampler was great and super reasonable in price. The naan is so yummy!! The service is also amazing, they are super friendly, happy to answer questions and help you decide what dishes you’d like to try or maybe not try. The last time we were there the inside wasn’t busy, but the ordering and picking of takeout was steady. I will warn you to ask about the spicy level of a dish before you order it.

We’ve been wanting to try London Curry House for a while and glad we finally got to! Came on a weeknight so it was pretty quiet and easy to grab a table. We ordered the mango lassi, chicken biryani, lamb vindaloo, madras fish curry and garlic naan.

London curry house is one of the gems for Indian restaurants in DC. The authenticity of food is well maintained. The price for the location is very reasonable. Their cocktails are really good definitely try one. The staff is very friendly.

Really good food! We had samosa, fish and chips, gulabjamun and chicken biryani to-go. The Fish and chips had a unique twist to it and we really liked it ! The staff working were very nice. 10/10 would go again 🙂

This place NEVER disappoints from our wonderful bartender to the garlic naan to the amazing chicken tiki Marsala! All of it always is worth the wait. Tonight I also got cocktails which were a chai spin on an expresso martini absolutely a MUST TRY!

Excellent and practical option for a nice dinner before/after show at Lincoln center. Loved the food, the excellent service, the Anthony Bordain homage. Lamb curry was fine, but preferred the classic tikka-massala.

Thank you London Curry House for a wonderful date night. My boyfriend and I felt extremely well attended by Melvean. I swear, even if I didn’t like the food, I would be willing to come back just to see this sweet man. Luckily, I was also amazed by the unique Indian English fusion cuisine. I can’t wait to bring family and friends!!!

I went here because of the 4.8 stars…now at 4.2. The 3 of us ate there last evening and the food was ok. I would give it a 5 out of 10. Overpriced and NOT much food. I ordered the fish dish – $22 and there was maybe 6 bite sized pieces of cod. My friends ordered chicken- $18 and they too were disappointed with the small amount of chicken. Also ordered Naan and my friend wanted the green sauce to dip…charging $2 for a small bowl!! We ordered 3 entrees so they did NOT have to charge for the green stuff. I will NOT be back. Overpriced and hardly any food. The warm water refills didn’t help either and had to ask for ice.

Truly some of the best indian food in the city. We have tried a few dishes from here now, Lamb Roganjosh and the Goan fish are my favorites. Also, the cauliflower bezule is super savory and a great addition to the meal.
