Terrible, terrible, terrible. Used drive thru because lobby was closed due to no AC. Pulled up to speaker around 8:15, waited almost 20 minutes for the drive thru attendant to tell me they would be with me shortly. Then waited another 10 minutes for them to take my order. Got to the window and waited another 15 minutes for my food. I spent $30 and didn’t even get my full order. Bunch of kids with no supervision. Seems like these issues have been brought to management’s attention after reading reviews, clearly they do not care to fix the problem. Lazy management.

Worst time ever. Ordered the coney meal, and a piece of chicken. they forgot the fries, my sons got a microwaved hot dog, (super disgusting) moist and stuck to the paper holder and the cheese was hard and gross on top. No chili. The inside was filthy. I got fed up waiting on “new” fries….Didn’t notice till I got home she had charged for and entire chicken meal! This place is awful, would never recommend.

Food is alright, but management just turns off Mobile orders bc they don’t want to deal with them. The door knob to the lobby from behind the counter is broke and a major fire hazard and everyone just seems unhappy.

The last 2 times I have visited, I have had to go around outside to the back of the building and ask the employees who are in a cloud of weed smoke, to take my order. The boxes the food comes in try to talk about “crumblies” which are never in the box of food I get. I’m just tired of being ashamed of liking the food because the whole town knows how dirty the store is and how lazy the employees are. As of May 2023, this restaurant barely scored 2 points higher than a convenience store’s deli on their health inspection with a 76.

There was no greetings from counter person took about 6 mins for them too come out from back I could clearly see them putting cell phone in there pocket when they were coming up front asked if there was any more tea they said morning person didn’t make it I ask can u make they said it take to long there was no sauce out on counter asked if they could put some out said they don’t have any cause morning person again didn’t get it ready so sad they don’t take pride of there job I’m management also I would have no problem firing if they had no care in there job

I went to order before closing. The line was long and almost thought I would get to order. I got to the speaker finally at 9:54 pm. The gentleman took my order. I waited in line another 25 mins as there were 2 cars ahead of me. I get to the window ready to pay and no one is coming to the window. Finally a girl comes and says we are closed. I told her yall took my order at the speaker. She asks what I had and when I tell her she says well there is nothing on the screen. As I’m talking to her trying to find out what had happened she slams the window on me and walks off.
