The fish and the shrimp are over cooked and very salty. Spent 50 bucks for food my dog would not even touch. The hushpuupies were hard as well. Terrible food and to top it off no 0ne answers there phone at this place. I want my money back!

3 times now I have asked for 6 tartar sauce with my large seafood meals and they either give me 2-3 or give me none at all. How hard is it to remember to put them in the bag and put the RIGHT amount in? And if you try to call the listed number on Google it is their fax number. There is no way to reach them other than driving back up to one of the busiest intersections in town to complain, so here we are on Google reviews instead. Do. Better. Food is good so you get 2 stars.

Went in as before and unlike other days, this visit to LJS was horrendous. The young man at the cash register was green as to taking our order. I can accept that since we all have to learn sometime. He called another young lady that took our order and was surprised as to her rude answer and tone expressing that I couldn’t have what I was asking. Then after placing our order it took them more than 20 minutes to supposedly get our order. Their excuse: “we have to make everything fresh”. What we were suppose to get was freshly cooked fish, french fries and hush puppies. To our surprise the food was atrocious. The supposed freshly cooked fish had been either left over and reheated or they over cooked it. The fish itself was 1/4 inch thick almost like a pancake. The batter was so overcooked a dog biscuit was more soft and chewable. After taking off the stone hard batter I was left with a small 2 inch flattened pancake piece of fish. The Hush Puppies were hard as a rock and the inside was raw. the only thing that seemed to be freshly cooked was the fries. So bad was the food I will never go again there to eat. And that is not the end of it. In the 1/2 hour we were there crunching the food the counter was three customers that had picked up their food and had to bring it back in because their order was incorrect. Someone needs to manage or supervise this fast food restaurant. This all took place today around 3:00pm.

Long John Silver’s used to be a lot better. The fish, shrimp, hush puppies, and fries were all lukewarm at best. My guess is they are concentrating on the Taco Bell side of things.

This branch of Long John Silver’s- Taco Bell is solid. I’ve only ever ordered at the drive through, so I can’t speak to the dining room, but the food has always been good and they don’t mess up my order very often. (Strangely enough, it’s difficult to get both my chips and my cheese… but I run into that kind of stuff everywhere). They are very good about contact less drive thru during COVID.

The food was fine when we finally got it. We went thru drive thru. They handed us the wrong order but we didn’t notice until we pulled away. We drove around to walk in to let them know. They (including manager) yelled at us to get out. There was no signs saying their dining room is closed. How are we supposed to get our order corrected when we’re being yelled at? So we walk outside and they lock the door. Five min later, an employee let’s us know they’re working on it. We stand there for 10 more minutes waiting for our fried fish. Why it’s taking an additional 15 minutes to fry fish is beyond me. Twelve or so cars go thru the drive thru and we’re still waiting for our order. We finally get it and they gave us some expired coupons for free tacos. Horrible experience.
