The Carne asada tacos were on point! They fine dice the onions and cilantro just the way I like. My husband had the chorizo breakfast burrito. The chorizo was well made and more of a longaniza consistency than what we usually get in a chorizo burrito. Beans and rice were really yummy, too! I tried the jalisco style birria taco, and it was really delicious as well! I can’t wait to visit again and try some of the other delicious sounding menu options. It’s very fair, priced as well, and you can never go wrong with those fire Carne asada tacos!

We ordered the enchiladas caseras, they were good but the sauce is spicy if you don’t like the kick. We ordered a bean and cheese that came with a different kind of red sauce it was more tomato based but was surprisingly good. Really enjoyed the wet bean and cheese the tomato sauce and cream on top with cheese was delicious.

Called and ordered 3 tacos with rice and beans ahead of time, woman told me the wait was 10-15 minutes. i arrived after 20 minutes and they had not even started my order and said it would be at least another 20 minutes. very frustrating as i only get a 15 minute break had to cancel.

Our absolute favorite Mexican food ever. There’s a restaurant in mesquite we tried before coming here (Moritas was closed that day) and it was horrible. Very Americanized Mexican and just not good. Anyway…. We kept trying to make it to Los Moritas and we’ve been back at least 5 times since and headed there now haha. The food is fresh, they give you plentyyyyy of food and the prices are great. Listen… it’s made to order. If you have to wait, that’s what it is. We call ahead to be sure the food will be ready when we plan to eat. Sometimes there’s a wait, sometimes there isn’t. Ivan is by far the nicest guy on earth and we’re always so happy when he picks up the phone. Restaurant is clean, bathrooms are clean, service is stellar, and the food is perfect every.single.time. Best carne asada tacos I’ve had in my entire life. Don’t let the menu intimidate you and definitely don’t mind the wait. It’s always worth it
