Place is a joke took 10 minutes to place an order, I was looked over but 3 employees, before I could place my order. Waited 35 minutes for my fish. I will never come back! Rude and the looks I was given while waiting for my food. And the old guy at the register only cares and talks to the people he knows. Can’t believe this place is still in business, should have gone to cuevas’s.

Fish is just okay, slow service, and if you are willing to eat here make sure you have cash or a check as back up. After eating we were informed the credit card machine was down. Nobody had a back up plan… they couldn’t take PayPal, CashApp, Zelle, or Venmo – so I offered to just run down to the bank and left my husband and 2 year old there waiting for me. The first bank ATM would not take my card, went down to Hancock and they were there emptying the ATM so I finally just went into Ramey’s pulled my cash out and finally made it back so we could pay and go home… after the 3rd place (Rameys) they said we could mail them a check on Monday… ARE YOU KIDDING ME? This was my first time here and the experience was awful… They acted as is they were inconvenienced and didn’t even offer a discount for our trouble. Their excuse for the credit card machine being down was because of a “power surge” I understand things happen but from what I picked up on during the conversation was – they needed to update their machine and get with the times.

I used to go to LT’s regularly. Today is the first time I’ve been in a couple of years. It was very disappointing. The available plates were not clean, very little silverware to use, hardly any food on the buffet. When the chicken was finally available mine was not cooked all the way. People were just standing around waiting to get food, plates, or forks. The best part of the experience was my waitress. She was friendly and took good care of us. When asked how my meal was I was honest. The cashier wouldn’t speak to me afterward and had another person complete the transaction. I paid almost $54 to go home and cook lunch.

im rating this 1 star because i have to give it a star. no dishes out, and when they were out, they were covered in food and hair. the chicken that we waited 40 minutes for was undercooked. the food was all cold, when food was actually put out. the chicken and dumplings tasted like generic cold chicken noodle soup. our waitress was lovely though, and she was tipped accordingly, as she was the only nice part about the experience. definitely won’t be back. can’t believe we paid $60 just to go home and eat something from the cabinet because we weren’t able to eat enough to go home full and without food poisoning.

Horrible ate there yesterday for lunch a fish house that can’t even cook good fish I took my wife and kids there hoping to have a good experience but instead it was horrible nothing was good not service nothing how this place has high ratings is beyond me. It’s been over 20 years since last time I ate here and I remember why now. Stone house down the road is cleaner fresher better tasting and cheaper. We won’t be back
