Building could use some work but the food..oh my God !!! This little place packs a punch. Hats off to the cook. Will drive across town just to go eat here. Love the puffy tacos. The prices are the best in town.

I have a strong liking for tacos filled with beans and cheese, particularly when accompanied by green hot sauce. It’s the best I’ve had. Despite the fact that she adds more hot sauce for me, it always seems insufficient. Love the new decor and color! *$20 worth*

Sometimes a dive can surprise you and Wow your expectations. This was not the case…. The food was sub-par. I ordered the #25 Mexican plate (3 cheese enchiladas, 1 crispy taco with rice and beans) Well the enchilada sauce was good but they were not hot! You can usually tell if the tortillas are hard, which they were warm at best and rubbery. The rice and beans were fresh and had good flavor. The 2 flour tortillas must have been previously made bc they were also hard and rubbery. The crispy taco meat which should of been shredded chicken was dry chopped up chicken fajita meat that was very salty IMO. My hubs ordered a waffle with 2 scrambled eggs and 2 sausage patties. He enjoyed his food. Waffle was fresh and crisp. Anther disappointment was no diet or sugar free drinks and no lemon/lime. Like what restaurant does not have lemon/lime? Ugh! It had been about 10 years or so since I had visited this place. Don’t really recall why I stopped coming for togo tacos. But I do know I will not be returning. I also felt the place could have been cleaner. flying around.

Been coming here almost daily for about 4 months now. They have a great variety on the menu, and their prices on everything are un-beatable by just about any Mexican restaurant I’ve ever been to. More than glad I found this place.

Thought about not going in based on what the outside looked like, inside didn’t look much better. Good service though and the food was also good. Lunch special 2 puffy tacos and an enchilada for 6.50, can’t beat that!

Even though the picture looks good I was disappointed with the omelet. The bacon in it was hard to chew. The tortillas were hard and cold. The beans weren’t as good either.
