If you are ever driving down I-55, you must stop at Magnolia Blues BBQ. The BBQ is awesome. My first time I had pulled pork nachos. Awesome. This time, a full rack of their ribs with homemade green beans and homemade onion rings. Their sweet and spicy BBQ sauces are a must try. The ribs come without sauce on them. Try them before you use sauce. The taste is amazing. Great smoke ring and bark on them.

The food is excellent! Great portions and absolutely delicious food. Service was ok. Kinda slow but totally worth the wait. HIGHLY recommend. After my 1st experience with to go I decided to dine in. I’ve been waiting to have an excuse to go back. Now I’ll make any excuse to go. It was that good.

It was our first time trying to eat at this restaurant. After patiently waiting for about 40 minutes, as we were ask. The gentleman setting everyone just skipped over our name on the waiting list to seat two others that had only been waiting about ten minutes. When asked he says, “oh I’ll get you guys seated”. Not the correct answer! Sir, that was not a mistake and you just politely skipped over our name. However, we choose to leave because we couldn’t believe how he just skipped over our name in our face. We will never go to this restaurant again! This was proof of bad customer service, rude, and at this point I guess because we were African American. I definitely do not appreciate being treated like this. Make some changes! All people matter and everyone money spends the same!

Not a good experience. I am a bourbon lover that is very familiar with distilleries; ordered a mid-range bourbon and was brought what tasted like a lower end pour that they tried to pass off as the bourbon I ordered. Manager had an opportunity to make it right by pouring the bourbon I ordered from the bottle that he brought to the table, but he did not offer to do this. Paid bill in full even though I did not drink the bourbon. Bartender was equally difficult; but giving two stars because the music was good and the waitstaff was very nice.

Truly enjoyed this place! Had the nachos with pulled pork! Delicious and filling! Ordered initially as an appetizer but it was enough for my meal! Atmosphere was great – outdoor patio seating also available. Great bartenders and live music! When I’m back in the area I’ll be sure to stop here again!
