Chef Justin and Manager Kim have made every experience at Main Street Provisions memorable, unique, comfortable, and delicious. The ambiance is cozy, clean, and retro with a touch of your cool aunt’s vintage furniture and a sleek modern bar. The food is nostalgic, savory, and scrumptious. We are always impressed with the interesting mix of ingredients that plays with texture and flavor in ways we’ve never seen before, but always seem to work.

This is a wonderful twist on southern. The home/cafe style decoration is lovely and makes this upscale meal feel cozy. I absolutely loved “The Usual” drink as it’s just what the bartender feels like…it was perfect! No Nino’s allowed was a beautiful twist on the old fashioned but with tequila. Loved the artichoke dip with fry bread.

The food gods have spoken and the folks at this restaurant are creating excellent food, service, drinks and vibes. Chris was our server and is the epitome of graciousness and knowledge. The menu is a collection of comfort and creativity unsurpassed in todays market. Everything was the best! My burger came out hot and full of flavor from their special blend of meat. The fries were perfect served with a malt vinegar aioli and catsup. My partner had the Halibut and it was the best she had ever had. For dessert we had the Butter Cake and this was the perfect ending to an incredible Dining experience. If you are wondering where the Food Soul is in Las Vegas go see Kim at this wonderful place.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience here last night. It was our 12-year Anniversary, and we decided we wanted to go somewhere nice. Open new the chef that opened this place. A few years back and remember meeting the owner Kim, but I hadn’t had a chance to try the restaurant until recently. I am very happy that we went here. First and foremost, Kim remembered me, and it was a few years ago that I was here. Are server Liz was great, she made a feel at home and she even went over every part of the menu and gave us her personal recommendations. Even Paulina the GM came by to make sure everything was great. The staff likes to make you feel welcome, and actually pay attention to you’re experience.

Enjoyed my meal, desserts were delicious and the service was amazing. Great place and I hear they have great HH specials at the bar tops. Have to come back to try. Can be very loud with the high ceilings and wish portions were a bit more generous for the price.

We had my birthday dinner at Main St. Provisions, and everything was detail oriented and carefully curated. We were greeted immediately, and service was friendly and concise. The cocktails were creative and refreshing, and the food was refined comfort. We began dinner with the Short Rib dumplings, the house made sourdough, and the fry bread & dips. From there, we shared the duck breast, halibut, and the NY strip. We ended the meal with both the butter cake and the strawberry amaretto cheesecake. Everything was beautifully presented and the flavors were intentional and harmonious. This is hands down one of the best, and most innovative restaurants in Vegas. As someone who is from the south, the flavors and homage to comfort cooking is welcomed with open arms. Thank you for keeping this city interesting and offering a uniquely nostalgic experience.
