We’ve always liked Manhattan and were happy that we recently moved into their delivery area. We placed an order for delivery recently. I was sitting right next to my wife when she placed the order on the phone. She repeated our address twice, very clearly. However, after waiting an hour and a half and no pizza, we realized the driver was trying to call us back. He finally arrived – showed me that the delivery ticket had the wrong house number. He’d been driving around for probably 40 minutes, knocking on doors trying to find the right house. And our pizza was completely cold – not in a themal bag either i noticed. We called the restaurant back and dealt with an obviously young inexperienced employee who was not equipped or authorized to deal with this situation properly. After being placed on hold numerous times while we tried to eat our cold pizza and feed our kids, we were promised a full refund. Sure enought this week we check our bank account and only about 20% has been refunded. It doesn’t help that their pizza is overpriced either. We won’t be ordering from there again.

I’ve enjoyed other Manhattan locations but this one is never getting my business again. I ordered the cheese fries with bacon and got home to only regular fries a 4$ price difference. Nice of them to steal from me. The Santini‘s in the next shopping center over is much better.

I ordered here last night as I have enjoyed their pizza in the past however it was a terrible experience. The pizza showed up 30 minutes late and to my surprise when I opened the box, there was a piece missing from the cold pizza. I called in to ask for a refund and there was no apology, no acknowledgment that it was unacceptable and was rushed off the phone.

Horrible place to order! Missing food, 2 hrs for food and live less then 1 mile away. A chef salad came with lettuce, egg and greens, nothing more! Gyros came with no sauce at all. Called and said what was wrong, they said theyd send it right away. It took another hour for the meet for the chef salad but still no GYRO sauce! Called back and asked to speak to manager to which they responded, “Why… Whats wrong” band the manager isnt there….. Horrible phone service! Order somewhere else!

Manhattan Pizza I am very disappointed in the service I got today I ordered two gyro. One one was full with meat and the other one barely had any meat in it. Top it off I ordered some fried zucchini as well they didn’t send the ranch dressing or the tzatziki sauce for my gyros and I’m trying to see how long will it take for them to return it cuz right now my food is cold. I will be calling you all tomorrow morning to speak to the manager. The young lady that worked the phone did not have any enthusiastic about answering the phone she act like she was on some kind of drug.. I’m just very upset with you all this time.

The burger is an overdone tasteless hockey puck, with 2 slices of white unripened tomato. The wings so greasy the sauce just pools at bottom of container. The fries just bits and ends. My first experience with this location wasn’t a good one, but decided to give another chance. Last chance.

Their gluten free bianca pizza is to die for, and I love that they have their own delivery so you don’t have to go through an app. For gluten free customers, they also make the Gf pizza in an aluminum pan and seemed like it was a pan pizza, so I also felt confident about no cross contamination! So wonderful to have this reliable option for GF pizza

Well the first time I went to manhattan pizza and got a lamb and beef gyro it was great with lots of meat and very hearty and at $8.99. But today when I ordered takeout, the same lamb and beef gyro. I opened the box and saw this pathetic thing. It was like half the size tiny and looked so underwhelming in comparison mind you I don’t even have very big hands so this was like extra wimpy, what happened Manhattan Pizza? This was probably the saddest gyro I’ve gotten from anywhere.
