Thrown on the porch with all toppings slid to one side. Full of flies. When I called they said it was my fault because I had no contact delivery on the order which I was not aware of. They replaced the pizza in 30 minutes. New pizza was very good.

I really like Marcos Pizza and think they are quite tasty. We were disappointed at this particular location tonight though. We ordered a Deluxe with no mushrooms on one half and no onions and green peppers on the other half. Even though our order was taken correctly and it was correct on our receipt the pizza was made incorrectly.

Great pizza at a great price, but in the past year we have experienced multiple times in which we had to wait much longer than the appointed time to get our simple carry out order (as in one or two pizzas). I see people working hard in there, but it appears to be chaotic. I’m also not impressed with the rap music full of expletives that they loudly play. Keep the atmosphere fun but professional. Cashiers and customers shouldn’t have to shout over the music, nor should customers be subjected to expletives while they wait.

Pizzas and bread were tasty as ever. Delivery was late as one pizza was not correct. Should have the ability in the tracker to state if delayed. I had to call to find out guestamit time. I’m insulin dependent diabetic and time my meals and delaying I then have to eat something else and have wasted money on order. I cannot eat leftovers. But on the whole food got here and was tasty and hot

We ordered pizza for a school musical a week in advance. I verified with them that what I ordered would be enough for the number of kids I needed to feed. It was not even close; I had kids without food. The delivery was also 30 minutes late, and when it arrived, the delivery driver had tipped 4 of our pizzas over and all the toppings were off the pizza. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! They have lost our business for good.

Ricardo and the crew did amazing. The pizzas and wings and cheese bread were delicious. Still hot when we got home. I haven’t had a bad experience with this store. Every time we order from here our food is amazing and the customer service is always above and beyond. Only pizza place we order from since we moved to bellevue.
