Our food was made fresh and made well, the service was great, the atmosphere lacked professionalism because two of the ladies were arguing with each other. It was enough where we marked them down one-star because it kept going on while we were eating because we did eat there. Your community board that had notes on it still had items from Christmas and items from 2021. The parking situation here is really weird because the turn into the complex is very dangerous from the main road. It also makes a person nervous to park in the spots in front of the store because it’s so dangerous to get in and out of there.

So the link to give feedback kept routing me back to a pizza order?? The pizza is great, the staff is great! The APP and technology is TERRIBLE. I really want to give this place my business but the online ordering system and coupons is very very frustrating. And the feedback link i tried 3x and wld not work just went back 3x to the pizza ordering screen?!

New Pizza restaurant they have dine in but it’s really small and obviously meant to be delivery or takeout. Let me first say, they are not better then Rotolo’s Pizza Restaurant but they are better then Papa John’s which was our favorite delivery Pizza place till we tried this. The crust was amazing very flavorful, the vegetable toppings were crisp and fresh. The old world style pepperoni was superb. Also the vegetable toppings were large chunks you didn’t have to search around for it to find it on the pizza. The shop it self is new and very clean with a open kitchen area that you can see right through from the front counter. We will be frequenting this location for our pizza delivery needs. Pricing is also good for the quality of the pizza. $-$$ I’d say their regular menu pricing edges out Papa John’s as well. They also have a very comprehensive list of toppings available. Well done Marco’s.

I visited this pizza joint for the first time since moving to town . A beautiful young lady greeted me and had all my questions answered with such joyous expressions. iI believe her name was Hanna , she was very young but very professional and knowledgeable . Great job , great pizza and great cleanliness of this store. We will be eating Marcos regularly !

I’ve never tried Marcos pizza before but the first pizza I got it at this location it had hair in my pizza. So they credited me a pizza which I came back to try it again, the manager made it perfect. He had me sold, so I tried it again to give it another shot. This time My wife and I got sick after eating there pizza. It had to been contaminated. Not sure what they did but it ruined my weekend plans for sure. I won’t eat pizza for awhile now. Makes me sick thinking about it.

This place use to be one of our favorite pizza places. It wasn’t as good as rotolos. But, it was our second option. Now that rotolos is closed we get pizza here if we get pizza. Tonight was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. When the pizza arrived it wasn’t hot. Which is fine, the guy who took my order told me they were busy. That’s a good thing for our economy. But the driver was so rude. I told them i was paying cash when i ordered. Well i handed the driver two $20 bills. He said “thanks have a nice night” my order was $24. I told him i needed cash back and his response was “they don’t give us cash bag for change anymore” which i didn’t believe at all. Long story short he kind of came at me and took a step inside my door. I called and talked to the manager. Gabe said he would but a credit on my account. Which is ok… but this driver needs to be fired. I’ve personally seen him drop pizzas on doors and leave.

Ordered a single XL pizza, and was given a time frame on delivery. Time frame past and called to cancel since we only had a small window to eat before leaving the house, the employee said the delivery guy had just left (20 minutes after the original delivery time). Asked to proceed with cancelling since we didn’t have time to eat the pizza and was about to leave and they said they would refund the charge. As we were pulling out of the drive way, a delivery driver ran up to our door and dropped the pizza at the doorstep and drove off. Called the restaurant asking them why he did that and they assured me I wouldn’t be charged. The day after I was still charged for the pizza.
