They don’t actually have a white sauce. It’s basically cheese over oil or so I understand. The gentleman I talked to was great even offering to remake the pizzas etc. I can give 2 stars just because of his professionalism on the call was a 5 star interaction, but the chain I can’t award any. For them I’d recommend to find a better or more descriptive way to identify it’s ” white sauce” as it’s not Alfredo or a garlic herb sauce like many other institutions.

Ordered a pizza tonight and was surprised that promised time was an hour. Showed up at promised time and pizza was not ready. It was evident that either they were under staffed or just a super busy night. Manager was super nice and had my pizza made right then. Pizza was great! Appreciated that the manager was nice when it was obvious things were going wrong.

‼️ Let me say, I don’t ever review. But my stomach and I are sad and hangry. I had placed an order at 2p to be delivered at 5:30p. The ticket attached to the box even had my order correctly on it, yet the pizza was completely wrong. Had ordered a garlic butter crust with pep, olives, spinach, and mushrooms. Instead, I got a thin crust with sausage, olives, and mushrooms. I then called them to see if they could give me the correct pizza, and I guess by letting me keep the incorrect pizza would justify them making me wait hours for the originally paid food due to them being “swamped”. Now I understand being busy, but we live 4 minutes down the road, I don’t know why I wasted my time and provided support to a place that cares little for their customers, I have learned. Btw, I have received my replacement pizza at 7:30p, and it is wrong again. It had tomatoes and jalapeños on it. I’m just getting a refund.

Pizza was made wrong, the manager said they would remake it and deliver it. The manager called me back an hour later and told me he could not remake it or deliver it because of the way I order it. The manager gave me nothing but excuses and then hung up the phone. This restaurant really needs to reconsider who they have in a management position. The person I spoke with was unprofessional, rude and certainly has no business speaking with the customers.

Ok we are no longer eating at this place…. It’s a hour and 5 mins late…. We called and they said it was put in the wrong spot it still took them 20 mins to get here even after the driver came back it’s a 4 minute drive ….and cos we didn’t tip the driver he threw the pizza box in my hand and threw the sauces on the ground….. I am very unhappy with all of this!!!!! I want my money back This place needs to be retrained big time since our food is cold…..

Not sure what is going on. I always hate giving bad reviews because I don’t know if the manager was just recently abducted by aliens. And in that case, the employees are at the mercy of hangry Karen’s. Either way…won’t be ordering again. Understaffed.
