Stopped here after a swim meet with two hungry teenagers and it did not disappoint. The service was fantastic and it has been the best Mexican food we have eaten since being stationed in New Mexico. The everything we ordered was amazing, the birria tacos was a table favorite. If ever in the area again we will definitely be back. I also, recommend this place if you are looking for delicious home made Mexican food.

The very best Mexican food. I loved that they served soup instead of chips when you are seated. The food was exceptional. Crowded even at 3 pm which is a great sign but despite being crowded, the service was fast.

My buddy and I visited Hobbs and checked Maria Bonita and man was it good! Their food is very authentic and fresh. I got the Arrachera (see picture). Many good plates to try when we visit again. Highly recommend!

Food tasted good , but the customer service was awful. The server spent most of his time chatting with his buddy’s instead of checking on the table . Had to raise my voice just to get his attention. I would not eat here again.

We came to town to do some shopping and someone suggested we stop here for lunch. We were looking forward to the food despite the restaurant being cramped, noisy, and hot. However, we didn’t get a chance to try it because the host sat other people ahead of us even he knew we had signed in first. When we asked him he said “yeah, sorry” with a smug look. He didn’t look sorry though, he looked racist. White people are NOT welcome here! We went to Jalisco’s down the street where we enjoyed a tasty meal in a cool, friendly environment with spacious seating.

The food is absolutely amazing! The Al pastor tacos are perfection. On their busy days service is a little slow and a little hard to get a waitress over. The building itself is very crowded. For as busy as they are, they need a larger building!

This place what’s very good… but I ordered the Adabada Taco plate and I’m telling you, if your spice tolerance is not that high. DO NOT order it… It is hella spicy… other than that this place was sooo good!
