I found this Mexican place to be very good. As a native Californian, I’m sort of very critical about my Mexican food. But this stuff seems very authentic, very tasty, and reasonably priced. The only problem with the restaurant is that it is on a main drag, and the parking is very hard sometimes. It’s all meters. After 6 they do not enforce the meters however in downtown Red Bank sometimes it is very hard to find parking. But if you do find it, and get to this place, you are in for a very good meal.

The atmosphere and service you get here is next level. Very authentic food at a reasonable price! Just make sure to bring your own alcohol, as it is BYOB here. Enjoy bottomless chips and salsa made fresh in house also, the best in town!

I love this place, but I don’t know if I’d return. That being said I’m sure it’s great for occasional Mexican food… not anything even remotely spicy or good. The chili relleno app was tasty, but my burrito was so not spicy it wasn’t funny. There was literally not taste but from the semi-cooked green peppers inside. Sorry guys, I LOVE the place, I LOVE the little table up in the window too, but the food just doesn’t cut it for the prices. Good luck and I hope you retrain or fire your cook.,. because with this sort of stuff being served you won’t last long.

I love this place because there’s a lot of veggie options and don’t make their rice or beans with any meat broth. The employees are also so sweet! Always so accommodating and I feel comfortable bringing my kids.

We ordered 4 dishes out of them 3 were ok and one was pretty tasty. The chicken was bland but the steak was very good. The chips and salsa on the other hand, were “scrumptious.”
