Food was amazing, service was not super attentive as we had to ask for things multiple times and we dined there twice in one weekend. The Bufalo pizza, stone fruit salad, and the salmon were incredible. Sitting outside is lovely.

It’s our third summer coming down to Pier Village and our first time eating at Maya. It was a quick snack before bed, but our waitress Janna truly made it feel like a 5 star four course meal. She was kind and efficient and so detail-oriented! Truly exceptional service, 10/10!! She took interest in our kids, made wonderful suggestions, and made a quick stop feel like coming back to a familiar favorite. Will definitely make Maya our first stop next year, not our last!

Chef Daniel and the team at Long Branch newcomer, MAYA, are a class act! The only better steak I’ve had is by my grill-master dad! Stephanie at the bar whipped up some refreshing concoctions from their beachy drink menu and you simply can’t beat the view at the WAVE…it’s like New Jersey’s very own Fontainebleau!

Very nice place over looking the ocean. We dinned outside on a gorgeous night. The service was fantastic.. Quick and friendly. Our waitress was very knowledgeable of the menu and gave us suggestions.. The only small complaint was that they did not offer any specials. But the food was good and the atmosphere was electric.

Very decent food for a shore view restaurant, fast service, great view. I had eggplant parmigiana which was so-so, but seafood appetizers were fresh and delicious. Salmon was as expected, I usually order for kids from adult menu and let them share it, normally kitchen will separate a meal into two smaller plates for them, although at this location chef felt like it would ruin his presentation I guess. Kids loved having ice cream as a desert.

Beautiful, calm dinner by the ocean. Everything was cooked very well and enjoyed by all. Great service and exceptional seafood. We also had several vegetarian options which were delicious. Quality ingredients. Plan on going to take your time and enjoy your meal and the atmosphere. Well done to chef and team!

The spot was nice, being on the boardwalk right off of the beach. The food was so-so and definitely pricey for what it was. I got a burger that had absolutely nothing special about, which wouldn’t really be a problem if it wasn’t nearly 20 dollars. The only good thing I had was the flatbread with honey that I forget the name of. The atmosphere was good though, so it might be a nice place to go with for a beachfront-ish restaurant.

We ate here a year ago and it has gone downhill significantly since then. Service was very slow but the worst part was the food. My daughter had a medium burger and it was burnt. My daughter had a Caesar salad which tasted awful. To top it off my wife had the seared tuna which was fully cooked on the outside. We told the waitress about the food and nothing was comped. We haven’t had such a bad dining experience for a long time. Avoid like the plague. Seriously…don’t waste your money.

Service was horrendous, you keep waiting for the waitress for a long time. Even worse she sees you’re calling her but she doesn’t come. She took my drink while I wasn’t paying attention and she never even asked if I want another one (she took it early on while we were eating apps ) and when I told her, she said she didn’t know, well that’s why you should ask when you are picking it up and you don’t pick it up without asking. Couple of decent apps but the main entrees were below average at best. The fillet mignon was well done when I asked for a medium and my daughters Salmon was horrible.

Saturday night and there was a half hour wait so we sat at the bar! Ordered drinks, and they did not have the wine that was on the wine list, so it was substituted with another wine! Gin and tonic was not made correctly and had to order another one, which was the same…no tonic, not sure the bartender knew the difference. Ordered a pasta dish and it came out Luke warm and was not made fresh! Crab cakes were ok! We eat out a lot and when you are paying top dollar for food, you want it done right! We will not be coming back!!
