Just like everyone else, order is never right. This was the amount of chips I got. Asked for a side of Caesar dressing, got charged for a side Caesar salad with no opportunity for refund. I love McAlister’s, but I’ll just have to drive to a different one after never having an order correct.

I can’t think of last time I have received my order correctly even getting sweet tea instead of unsweetened and then being questioned when I returned it as to why it was missing tea. I guess they wanted me to determine it was wrong type without testing it. Do not leave without making sure you have everything including tasting your tea.

Terrible service waited 22 minutes for a pick 2 wife and I both ordered same thing her’s git to the table 5 minutes before mine and her’s was cold. Last time I go to McAlister’s. Gets worse every time. The guy that I assume was the manager just looked at me when I told him how long we had been waiting never said sorry never said a word. You guys need to do better.

Been to this location several times. Quality has gone downhill. Tonight made an order at 5:58. Salad. Chicken club sandwich with side. Orders are backing up. Que screen is not showing names,only number. Staff seen returning several orders from the tables which are coming out wrong. I observe food coming out for people after our order. Asked twice where is our order and both staff point to the screen saying it is being prepared now. Observed a clamshell box and a sandwich order wrapped to go sitting on the counter for ten minutes. At 6:26 ( 28 minutes) they put the observed sandwich and salad clamshell in a bag and say ” here ya go”! Opened the clam shell. Dressing is not there, potato salad side is not there, they fix the order and had to be told to add silverware. Should have unwrapped the sandwich in the store. Instead of a club sandwich there is chicken on a croissant. No tomato. This is not the level of service or quality of food anyone should accept at McAlister’s. Cannot blame enough staff there were at least four in the kitchen with the manager and four out front. Can’t blame being busy. There were only one or two couples in line at any time while we were there and less than half the tables occupied.

We came in at 8:30pm for dinner. Took 20 minutes to order with only one other group of customers in line. As soon as we were served our food, the manager comes to our table to tell us they’re closing in 5 minutes and to please hurry. Nothing I enjoy more than being asked to rush through a dinner I just paid for after excessive waiting in line. The staff cheered every time a group of customers left the restaurant. The bathroom was gross as well.
