Honestly one of the best dining experiences me and my family has had. We had never been to any location and the girl at the counter was super helpful. The atmosphere was amazing and the place was clean. The food was delicious and served fast. I had the ham and cheese sandwich, my spouse the ultimate nachos, my kid got the pizza. All of which was fresh hot and taste amazing. We will definitely be back.

Came in here for a late lunch on a weekday. There was no line, only a couple of tables were occupied. Ordered and then went off to find a seat. It was sad to see so many tables that hadn’t been cleared, despite how slow it was. My baked potato came out with cheese sauce and chili, as requested, but it was all so small. Two potatoes that combined would have equalled one regular baker potato. Spoonful of each topping, and a sweet tea. $12. Yikes! And during the whole time I was there, still didn’t see a single table get bussed. Maybe they wait until they’re all dirty and then do one big sweep? It did not make for a pleasant eating environment.

It’s hot or miss but this time I ordered a side Caesar salad which is made with romaine lettuce. I got a box of nothing but spinach and a few croutons with a little bit of cheese. Definitely not work the $4 I just spent on it ♀️ Pretty disappointing. They could’ve atleast told me they were out of the lettuce lol

This was my first time to McAlister’s Deli. It was very nice. Ordered as walked in, sat down and food brought to our table. I was visiting with a friend I hadn’t seen in a while and the atmosphere was great for visiting and catching up. No pressure to leave before we wanted to.

Picked order up and went home to find that we didn’t get 2 cookies that we ordered and chips from nachos were stale. I called back asked for manager in which I didn’t talk to but they said if I come back they will give me new nachos and some carrot cake for the cookies. I was a little put off since they didn’t give me anything for my trouble of getting back in my car and coming back to pick up what they should have. They fixed what they messed up but didn’t give us anything for our trouble.
