Friday night shift lead at the Tenth St store is amazing. (She told me her name and sadly I can’t remember) I made a mistake and was completely willing to deal with my own mistake. I contacted the “other store” to let them know I made a mistake and to find out how to fix it and that was nearly impossible. What should have taken 5 minutes took nearly 20. Finally get into the actual correct store, they already knew what was happening and they were happy to help fix the situation and saved dinner for my family. Thank you Friday night shift lead and supporting staff you’re all amazing and very much appreciated!

The staff overall is great, the food was wonderful. If you need to take home food you are not able to get a normal to go box. Management stated “the district manager” won’t allow it. So I had a huge salad to take home and it barely fit in the 2 small boxes. But if I ordered it to go it would have came in a normal to go box. So if you go you may want to order it to go and then eat in restaurant so then you will have the proper to go box. I won’t be returning to this location.

We love that they opened this new location! We ordered the nachos and grilled chicken club and it was hot and fresh. The wait to order and receive your food was short compared to other locations. Will definitely return!

Not sure what has happened, but seeing a decline recently. Tonight, all youngsters. The new employee taking our order was having problems. When one other youngster helped her straighten things out, a third youngster came over and started talking about the two half and half that we were wanting was a better deal if we took a whole sandwich and sides that it would still be $10 which doesn’t sound right when the half and half are $10. Our new person by then was totally confused. We as seniors always get the small kid sized drink and for some unknown reason we could anything except a Coke Zero. All while this was going on I observed the sticky counter that looked like it had been cleaned with a dirty mop. And not one adult could be seen. Writing off this one. Sorry. It was convenient.

Lots of young people working, no urgency to help customers. When I finally got my food it was wrong. When I tried to get their attention I had to wait untill they were done having their discussion on what they’re doing tonight after getting off. I know it sucks getting good people, but how does Chik Fil A manage it and nobody else can?

Using the app to place an order costs EXTRA. By not taking their time by occupying a cashier, you have to pay MORE, not less. It’s hidden in the tax section, so they’re trying to keep us ignorant.
