Ate here a few days ago. Food was decent. But man, does this place foster a hostile work environment. I’ve heard talks from a heavier blonde lady that I overheard referred to a person by the “N” word. If the owner truly allows this sort of behavior I won’t be coming back and I will let my PoC friends know as well. Sandwiches are also pricy.

Usually have no issues with whatever I order but tonight my sandwich had tomatoes when I clearly said no tomatoes. They also got my name wrong (had the name Jerry on the receipt) and to top everything else, There was hair in my sandwich. I don’t know if I will be able to eat there again

This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered at drive thru and have come home to find I’m missing items. Food quality is decent, but really it doesn’t matter if you don’t get your food. Not sure why this is difficult. Won’t be back anytime soon.

This salad was absolutely amazing. I’m usually iffy on vinaigrettes because most restaurants either make them with too much vinegar or make them too sweet. This was neither. This was the raspberry almond vinaigrette and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken in the salad was also super moist and well seasoned, enough that you can taste the spice but not so much that it burns your mouth. It pairs so well with the roasted almonds, Gorgonzola cheese, dried cranberries, and the vinaigrette. I definitely found a new favorite restaurant and will be back, hungry for more delicious experiences like this!

I’ve purchased many items in the past. Order online, go to pick-up items, have been told you have no order, show confirmation and even have gone as far as showing that it was taken out of my account. I spoke with supposedly the MANAGER—rude as h***!! She even posted a note to my drinks. Being the front person of a business doesn’t entitle you to be rude! I haven’t been back in over a year. Keep getting emails on haven’t seen you in a long time and miss you, well long story short, you probably won’t get my business again!

When McAllister’s came to Galesburg their service was good and their food was good, but it has continued to go downhill. I’ve tried to give them the benefit of struggling through COVID, but today’s visit is my last. I sat in the drive-through waiting for my food for 20 minutes (I was the first car in line and the only one for several minutes). I went inside, a manager was standing behind the counter talking to a few employees. When I asked about my order she very dismissively said it wasn’t done then turned away. About a minute later, another lady came out and bagged up my order. Not only was the manager rude, she obviously lied to me – the sandwich was cold and the chili was lukewarm. I won’t be back.

Will return had Veggie sandwich on 7grain bread it was great. A side dish came with it – I picked broccoli it was tasty. My partber had ruben with patrami and cornbeef along with south carolina potato salad. Many sandwiches spuds and chill or soups to pick from. They also offer 1/2 sandwich w/ half side. Friendly & helpful service.
