Would give 0 stars if possible. Worst location I’ve ever visited and will never return! TERRIBLE customer service! Staff are ridiculously rude! The straw that broke the camels back was when the woman swiped my card, gave my card back, yelled at me that her machine was down and needed to swipe my card again. When I was trying to get my wallet back out, she told me to “hurry it up man”. Rudest, most horrible people I’ve ever met!!

One of the worst McDonald’s locations. They close the store 1h before the time that is supposed to closed. Even if you have an pickup order you can’t have it because they close the doors. Don’t trust in the store hours you see on Google or even at their door.

Got a big breakfast with pancakes through drive through. The whole meal was all over the bottom of the bag. Was never secured properly. The girl in drive through was having multiple conversations with coworkers about her night. No butter given, food was cold, eggs overcooked and just a bad experience. I usually have never had issues before at this McDonald’s. Very disappointed. Waste of money. Almost called manager when I got home, but felt he or she wasn’t going to help. Take pride in anything you do people regarding your job. I am a loyal good customer, business’s rely on regulars in today’s climate. I usually give great, positive feedback because I know the food business is a tough business. But it was a slow day. No excuse, it kills me to write such a bad review. That’s how upset I was. Had to buy another breakfast at another establishment, that should never happen. Take care.

When a manager isn’t there I find myself repeating myself when I order and still not getting what I asked for. Very frustrating the people that are placed in the receiver window often cannot read numbers or letters in Spanish or English and often cannot speak English and do not understand requests like “mayonaise” or butter or napkins. Waiting at the next window and watching 5 or six cars get their food while you wait over 15 minutes is maddening. Getting attitude is also annoying esp if it was their mistake,like no eye contact rudeness or disrespect
