The girl who waited on us was amazing, but there was a customer who was there before us waiting for her food, and she did not speak English, and she did not receive what she wanted in the lady that was trying to help her was absolutely ignorant to her and screamed K by in her face And told her that she couldn’t understand her some people should have kindness in there heart

I used the drive-through after first going inside. The reason was that the inside offered only kiosks to order food, and humans were behind a half wall/counter serving the drive-through customers. There were no other customers inside, and I didn’t feel like learning to use the kiosk to get a burger and fries. I used cash to pay for my order but was first asked I was using a mobile app. I guess I’m not their usual kind of customer.

I went through the drive thru, order came out quick and the staff were nice. Only real complaint is they asked me to pull up to spot one which I didn’t see the sign right away because the building was blocking it but I found it, it’s right at the end of the drive thru before the turn to get out.

Super-fast service & food was HOT!! Only problem is they forgot napkins……..which is a biggie for fast food!! Went thru drive thru for a second time to get napkins. Sat at the window for over 5 mins and was ignored until we literally called the store to get their attention to request napkins. The worker then gave us 3 napkins with a nasty attitude. My wife then returned the attitude and told her to give us more napkins. “You don’t pay for them so stop being stingy!”

Newer set up/building. The ordering process was fully automated, order on the screen and either get a table tent or have your to go order called. This definitely didn’t speed up the process any.
