I purchased a sweet tea that had a fly floating around in it. Called the store and no apology or anything. They said they can replace (I will never drink from there again so why should I want a replacement) or a refund. Unbothered and not concerned. Terrible service!

Wait staff doesn’t care about the costumers. When it takes you 5 minutes to acknowledge that we’re there and nobody’s in drive thru. Then you don’t give us what we ordered but what you wanted to. You need an older staff member there instead of a bunch of teenagers

I just went through thw drive thru @ this location. I paid for my food & even paid for extra sauce. When I checked my bag I didn’t get any sauce at all. I walked in & was immediately looked at as if I was in the wrong place. When I asked for my sauces & showed the receipt, the girl immediately asked “didn’t you already get your stuff?” To which I said yes, except for the sauces, which I paid for. She gave me the 2 sauces for the 10 piece & just walked away. Sure, it’s just $0.10 per sauce, but if they do that enough times throughout the day then this location is robbing hundreds of dollars a day from the local people. The worst part is they act as if they did nothing wrong. Another female ever walked out to ask the girl what is it that I wanted. Completely rude & unnecessary.

Don’t go there to get your food. Night service is horrible. A bunch of kids working that are very disrespectful. An night time manager has no control over the kids that work in there. I would fire an hire a whole new night time shift.

I usually order the caramel frappe from there often I ask for extra caramel drizzle, they charge me extra for it but don’t add the extra caramel drizzle, sometimes they don’t even get the food out fast enough, so there are lines.

The website says they open at 4:30 I pulled up at 5 and they said they were closed when I said online it says you are open the lady just said they didn’t have anything ready. They shouldn’t claim to be open if they aren’t and if they are open then there should have been ready to serve people. Terrible service
