This location ALWAYS messes up orders and the customer service is non-existent. Can’t wait for robots to be put in. Only reason I even use this location is because of its location. When another option close by opens up I will 100% go with them.

MonkeMashed Mash
I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and medium fry’s and waited an hour before I got half my meal. They handed me a double cheese burger and the fry’s but I never got my second burger lost a couple bucks. Shouldn’t have to wait an hour for a simple meal. Also keep in mind the store was almost empty.

Probably the worse McDonald’s I have ever been to. It’s the closest one to my house so it’s the one I have gone to for the past few years but no more. The service is awful. I understand that most of your employees are children but at least get them to be professional. They are very rude and seem to think it’s ok to swear at the customer. The ice cream machine is always “broken”. I say “broken” because my son worked there and told me that they would lie to customers so they wouldn’t have to do it and I spoke with the manager and she assured me that that is not true but I think she just doesn’t know. There are always items missing, the items we do receive is always a mess, the area is never clean. I love McDonald’s and have always loved it but I sugest that you go to a different one because this one makes me think that McDonald’s is a very unprofessional, disgusting, party spot for kids to work at. Please fix this and restore my faith in McDonald’s.

The staff is extremely rude and the food is never good here. Everyone has an “off day”, but every day is an “off day” at this restaurant. Even if I could excuse the hateful behavior and go on about my day, I cannot excuse the subpar food. This restaurant is completely incapable of getting even the most simple orders correct. I have never been able to get a correct order. When I call about it they tell me I can come back to the store but they can’t do refunds and other way. When I leave I do not want to drive all the way back, I want my order right the first time. I usually don’t use drive thru but today I did. After you pay for your order, they ask you to pull forward. Then the car after me was asked to pull forward. And the car after them. And the car after them. And the car after them. In the midst of all this, they couldn’t find my car again to bring my order out. I literally pulled forward and parked in the first spot straight ahead of the drive thru. McDonald’s needs to get drive thru management lessons from chic fil a. They might have 15 cars in drive thru and every order is ready when you get to the pick up window.
