The girl at the pay window was so nice and sweet. The wait time 10 mins. Thought the food would be hot and fresh since it was only 3 cars in line. The guy at the window where you get your food was eating. He tried to give me a kids drink and I was like I order a 10 piece so it’s suppose to be a medium. I told him what sauce I wanted and he just gave me whatever. Looked in the bag and it was a kid fry. I was already annoyed so didn’t care to turn back around. The fries and nuggets were cold and old. I wasted my money. Never going back. I’ll drive to another city to get their mcdonald’s.

Madison McDonald’s is by far the best McDonald’s I have ever been to. I have never had lightning service when mobile ordering until I went here and what’s even more shocking is that the person who brought my order to the car acted like life was worth living. Way better service than Carthage and Philadelphia McDonald’s combined! I wish the manager could manage those two McDonald’s and give me hope that customer service is still alive.

The manager is who took my order she acted like I was a bother for her to take my order then it took 20 minutes to get a burger a med drink and a 5 piece nugget I asked for a manager she said she was it I asked for corporate number she said look it up in line. I work nearby and I go in there 5 days a week. I will not be going back horrible service and my food was not fresh. She even raised her voice at me not ok. She should not be in that position at all. I will be making a complaint with McDonald’s as well. Shame on this McDonald’s for allowing their managers to treat their guest like this

It’s 8 am and every single table is dirty, garbage is full, never got a receipt cause the paper is out in the machine that no one has replaced, and they didn’t have frappes that I ordered so when offered a replacement the manager gave me a medium coke for the medium frappe I ordered. Three cokes would equal the price of the frappe. Customer service was horrible from the manager. They just need to shut down this McDonald’s.

Look, it’s McDonald’s and you get what you get, but a 40 minute wait time in a drive through at ANY mediocre fast food restaurant is absolutely ridiculous. I gave the extra star simply because I’ve never had anyone be rude to me. The wait time is what’s killing this place.

I went in to order our food and wash my hands. I was informed, after waiting at the front counter for ten minutes, that they are only taking orders from the kiosk, and you can only use the kiosk if you’re paying by card. So, I had to go back out and go order our food through the drive thru. I ordered 5 McDoubles and a small fry. 1 burger with no onions and add mayo, 2 burgers with extra pickles and add mayo, and the other 2 as they come. After paying, I was told they don’t have any receipt paper so I couldn’t get my receipt. I get our food and get back to the job, and the 2 burgers that I added mayo and extra pickles to did NOT have mayo on either one of them. They have the grill slip stuck to the wrappers, but no mayo. It just gets so frustrating that the girl inside was rude then get outside in the drive thru to order and paid for trusting it would be right and it’s not.
