Went to drive through and ordered 2 happy meals and a drink. Drink was wrong and after repeating myself “thrice” that I wanted one burger with pickles and one burger without we got zero pickles. 1 out of 3 is bad according to Meatloaf. Please do better

We all know McDonalds is the worst when it comes to quality, value, and service, but this location is time after time the most glaring abortion of hospitality. You will wait 5 or more minutes before someone remembers they are taking orders at a drive through, another 5 or more minutes to get the order which 100% of the time will be incorrect, when you try to get the correct order you will get attitude from the dingy unwashed trash that “works” there, saying it’s your fault for not proofreading their work at the order station.

The food was pretty good quality for McDonald’s; it all tasted fresh. I received my walk in order very quickly and the staff was very friendly. The tables inside could have used a wipe down. Most had a ton of crumbs or ketchup on them.

I think we all can admit this isn’t the nicest McDonalds on earth, pretty ghetto especially for fishers. Normally they are a 6 or 7 out of 10 for speed and quality (don’t get me wrong sometimes they are great) but if they are even slightly busy; don’t bother. i got a large sprite, 10p nuggets, and 3 cookies. they gave me a medium sprite but i was just going to let that slide and not ask for a large because that’s just how i am— but after i opened my food i was very disappointed. i waited about 8 mins which is okay because i wasn’t in a hurry. the nuggets where not it. they forgot my sauce, only gave me 9, and they where luke warm at best. do not get the cookies from this location. do NOT. they where rock hard and cold, might as well of just give me hockey pucks. after one bite i threw them out. just very disappointing because i like this location and they normally aren’t as bad as everyone says but i get why people will go out of their way to go to another location other than this one.

About a week ago, we ordered from this location (131st) on the app. Our order was completely wrong except for 1 thing! And it was slow service as well. This particular is unreliable. I have had orders incorrect there in the past. Thought I’d give them another chance. But it was a mistake.

Went through the drive thru to pick up my mobile order, after waiting at the speaker for awhile I noticed all the cars pulling into the other lane were being helped so I thought maybe this speaker was broken. I went ahead and pulled through to let the girl at the window know but when I got there the window was shut and she was trying to talk to me with the window closed telling me to pull forward thinking I was another customer. Once she opened the window I explained that I had a mobile order but I wasn’t helped at the speaker and she said “oh my gooooshhh” and rolled her eyes. She told me I had to wait there to be helped. I tried to explain that 3 cars from the other lane were helped while I was sitting there and thought the speaker was broken but she kept rolling her eyes and talking over me. Once I got my receipt I pulled forward and the man at the second window was very nice and handed me my food and told me to have a great day.

Today was the second time I wasted my lunch break coming here because no one took my order after I had spent at least five minutes waiting at the drive-thru speaker. Meanwhile, three other customers had their orders taken as soon as they pulled into the adjacent lane despite arriving after I did. No one else was ahead of me in line, so there was no excuse for the lack of service. This used to be my preferred McDonald’s location, but I will not be eating here again.
