I love that this is a place that hires people of all cultures and ethnicities. It is important, however, that they be capable of understanding the English language, have some understanding of haste, and be able to address customer concerns, especially in a leadership position. The manager left me standing there waiting for a small lid for my child’s cup without telling me she had sent someone to fill the small lids on the condiment stand. This is after I had tried multiple times to tell another employee what I needed, then that employee went to get her. Then I told her, then stood waiting at the counter for them to bring me one for quite a while before realizing!!! I never realized why they were taking so long from the drive-through!

Just Someone
We went here as a family because we thought the inside might be nice because the outside was a castle and we were on a long road trip. My nephew ordered a lemonade they even checked our order and when we went to go get our drinks they didn’t even have lemonade. It was even on their menu that they had it and they didn’t give us ketchup. We had to go up there and ask them again for it. They gave my sister an opened ketchup packet.

If you don’t speak Spanish you will have almost no luck getting food here. Asked 4 times about Strawberry Pies . And management had to find English speaking employee to translate. Then the app would not work so they tried to charge extra $5 compared to app price. Will not be returning to this McDonalds

8:30 in the morning trying to get breakfast and lobby is closed. This is the 3rd time I’ve come across this at this location, and my truck and trailer can’t go through the drive through. What is the point of even having a lobby if you’re just going to open it when you feel like it? March 12 supposedly open till 11pm, employees inside but closed up shop at 8:55.

Worst customer service you will find. Waited 30 min. to order with no other guests in front of me. No one would come take my order. Tried the kiosk and no table markers to complete order. After someone finally came to counter I explained and they grumbled at me and said “whatever, you can just order now.” Reciept barely printed, and when asked for a better print I was told that’s just how they print. I needed a legible copy for work reimbursement. Asked for a refund and went somewhere else.
