The ultimate Backup account
They have a 2 lane drive thru system. We sat in the second lane waiting to be helped for 10 minutes while we watched the first lane get multiple cars orders taken. So we reversed and went into the first lane. After we did that, they spoke thru the 2nd lane intercom we were just at. And to further prove the intelligence of the people working today, we ordered two HAMBURGERS plain. We received two plain CHEESEBURGERS. For someone who is lactose intolerant, that’s pretty inconvenient. I don’t know how they managed to mess that up. Especially on a day and time where they clearly weren’t that busy.

Is 2 days in a row I order an iced caramel mocha and they give me a cup of milk with a splash of coffee in it Filled up to the top so it’s already spilling out when they handed to me. Ordered 2 spicy crispy chicken sandwiches and got 2 chicken sandwiches with no sauce no pickles nothing. Do yourself a favor and skip this restaurant it needs to be closed. 9 times out of 10 your order will be wrong or or missing something entirely.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. No one covering the front counter. Employees look at you and walk away. How disrespectful. Plus the four Employees at the garbage cans smoking something. Friday night of all nights. What a joke. Everyone should get fired and start over. Even tried calling on the phone went to voice mail. It would be understandable if they were busy but I was the only one inside and 3 order in the drive thru. What a joke and in Germantown. Not Milwaukee F-ing Germantown.

Sitting in the drive through line after being told they did not have 2 of 4 shake flavors and seeing one car send their bag back and forth through the window I did not have high hopes. The individual taking money was sitting and playing on their phone and when I finally got to the second window they asked what I had ordered as if it wasn’t on their screen. Well lo and behold the soda they gave me was incorrect. Reading the reviews, the franchisee needs to get in there and clear house.

They were really slow, it was very quiet and there was no music playing in the background. Everything was pretty clean but all of the workers got into a huge fight and started cussing and screaming at eachother, I have a video recorded but everyone there had left after. They were talking about intoxicated workers and they were not wearing the correct clothes/shoes. One girl had her long hair down and not put up. She was wearing slippers and was the one who started everything. This would most definitely the worst mcdonalds I have ever been to. I will not be returning even if it’s the last mcdonalds in existence!

This place has fallen deeply from grace. There are ants in the play place and it has been shut down only after several children had found ants within it. To have to stand in the lobby for 5 minutes only to be told to use a kiosk when staff were standing on their phones just besides the shake machines, only to wait another 20 minutes before being acknowledged and asked for the food ordered. To then find the ground littered by garbage and ants. It is troubling to say the least.
