I don’t know how y’all did it when no one can find good workers lately but the staff this morning was so nice and so sweet….I interacted with like 6 people because my order involved having a few extra peeps talking to me and everyone was super awesome. Way to go! PS thank you so much for suggesting I wait for my frozen cokes… I really needed those bad boys after a night out at The Rave lol

The manager that was there around 12pm on 6/3 (some older white lady) was rude and should not work in customer service. If you can’t problem solve, something so simple at that, change careers. But I’ll still be going back cuz it’s McDonald’s lol

Absolutely terrible customer service I would not recommend coming to this McDonald’s location. It ran by almost all young teenagers that have no experience in giving good customer service! They constantly get my orders incorrect and have an attitude when you tell them it’s wrong. I will stop going to this location for now on and I advise you to as well. McDonald’s creates a hostile worker environment for new works . Their windows are plastered sayings now hiring , but when young teens apply they are left waiting for months on end for a chance for an interview . Then when my friend went in for her video training ,there was another young boy there . My friend went at her correct time of Saturday, the 5th from 8-11. The manager Gene decided to yell at her and ridicule her for “Not knowing her schedule” despite her being there at the correct time , they then decided to let the boy who wasn’t on the “schedule “ take my friends time , causing my friend to walk out . My sister is trying to work at this establishment and Gene asked her, “Are you slow?” Now that’s just incredibly disgusting and disrespectful. I would like to also state that Gene’a daughter Chris works at McDonald’s as well, and has been seen urinating on herself, as well as, having bowel movements on herself just to leave work early. How about we create an accepting and helpful experience for new workers everywhere; not ridicule and disrespect new workers. – P.S. Sunday April 16th 2023. I purchased an order via the mobile app @ 10:40am. I was expecting the lunch menu but the breakfast menu was still up so I ordered breakfast. I was in the drive thru line at 10:47 & the manager told me that they couldn’t complete my order because it was too close to lunch.(Why the mobile app allows breakfast purchases is a mystery to me?) I was disappointed but not angry until I realized they already charged me $9.62 for the order I never received.

In my humble opinion this is the best Mcdonalds in the greater Milwaukee area. Staff is super friendly, food is always hot and rarely(once in a blue moon) do they mess up a order. With fast food in Milwaukee being mostly trash I would say this McDonald’s is a beacon of hope. The people who hate on this location are entitled Kevin and Karen’s(that is Bay View for ya). It’s fast food folks!

Just went this morning. Got there at 10:50 A.M. Plenty of time to wait for the 2 customers infront of me to order, while also still being able to order for breakfast. But as soon as I get to the ordering screen, I’m the first person she tells cant order breakfast. It was 11:03. Again, I got there at 10:50 AM, more than enough time to order breakfast. Really messed up.
