TERRIBLE customer service. Ordered online waited 14min when food was brought to us the lady said it was for a different name (but was our food) as the order was also wrong. Went inside and LASHONDA the manager was extremely rude saying we needed to finalize the order ?? (It was confirmed and shown) she then shrugged my husband off and yelled have a good day. We called to complained as she answered the phone and no other higher up manager was available she stated that we refused the order (as it was wrong and not under our name) would not let him talk. Was down right unprofessional and RUDE. this is NOT how you treat a customer as I have had many years of fast food experience all the way up to management and GM experience. She should not be a manager !!
