Why was this the absolute best McDonald’s food I’ve ever had? Everything was fresh and well made. It was the prettiest, the tastiest fast food I’ve had in a very long time. Our food was hot and good. The young man behind the counter taking our order was friendly and nice. The rest of the experience was extremely loud due to the manager Kat screaming and yelling at her staff. She clearly was having a bad day and was definitely letting us all in the establishment know. No need for the yelling or the talking down to staff like that.

A young employee, Caden, was helping me with my order number. He was looking at the screens in the back to try and find my order #. Becky, another old employee (manager?) starting yelling at him, demanding him to start making coffee. He was helping me. He was very timid and you could tell he wasn’t going to say anything. No wonder all McDonald’s are understaffed. Start treating your employees like people instead of trash. just an observation. Thank you for TRYING to help me Caden, I hope you go somewhere you are appreciated!

I order on the app. When I was to go inside to pick up my order I could not open the door. So I went through the drive-through getting behind several cars that got in line while I was trying to get in the front door. They insisted that the door was open but I watched a couple of other people try to get in the door as well and they were unable to.I do not understand. This has happened to be a few other times there as well. This is the first negative review I’ve ever left.

Sat in line for a long time just trying to get a soda. The car 2 cars ahead say at the window forever instead of them sending them over to the side to wait on their food. A whole line of cars sat waiting on that first car. The kid at the first window I’ve seen there several times,never smiles never really looks at you much less say anything. Takes your money and that’s it. The girl who let those people say there for so long couldn’t get our order right and it was just 2 sodas. Don’t know what’s happened to this McDonalds but their service has went downhill.
