This location is a mess. Food is always cold. Service is always terrible. We always get missing items. When you order a large anything it is filled half way full. Today, I ordered a large fry for $4.09, it was filled half full. Ummm…that’s the size of a medium, maybe a full small, not a large. Stop charging for higher prices, and not fulfilling the order. I realize it is McDonald’s, and the bar isn’t set real high. But what I do expect, is my order, hot, fresh and full, as a paying customer. At this point, I don’t even care if there is a smile in the place, just for once get an order right!

I had placed a mobile order for lobby, but meant to have it for drive thru. I’ve done this before accidentally and it was no problem at this location, and the person told me I could pull to the second window. However the person at the first window was telling me that I’d have to come inside, and was very rude about it when I tried to explain it to him. Clearly there was a lack of communication that could be improved.

Normally this is my go to McDonald’s and I’ve had very few issues. But since the mobile/kiosk order system was implemented, things seem to have taken a turn downward inside the restaurant. This trip I went inside to pick up my food, first time in a long time. Food came out fast enough. But the place was just not clean. The self-serve drink area was filthy. Spilled soda and wrappers all over the self-serve area and the floor was dirty. I did let them know at the front, so I hope they took care of it. But again, I think the automated stands, while I’ll admit they’re convenient, have resulted in an less desirable inside experience. But then again, maybe that’s McDonald’s plan. Eliminate all be the most necessary of human workers so they can hire more robots that can’t take my order and need a human to take over anyway.

I stopped on a Monday for the Big Mac Sack Attack promo associated with the Husker football game. It is supposed to be buy one, get one. The front counter cashier told me I had to buy a combo meal. I told her no that’s not how it is announced on the radio. I was very disappointed and felt mislead and mistreated. I had limited time for lunch and did not have time to go anywhere else. So I just bought the combo. I should of talked to a manager.
