Not a very friendly place at all. I’m waiting on my order to be finished in the lobby and the heavy set manager woman walks by calling an elderly customer in the drive through stupid because of the way he parked outside waiting for his order. I’ve had many issues with this particular McDonald’s over orders and customer service this is just unacceptable. You should never say things like that in an open lobby full of customers. Elgin is great town we should not have service such as this in a nice place like elgin
