This is a very nice and new McDonald’s. They have several self-order kiosks. This one was not very busy during lunch time on Sunday. The staff was friendly and helpful. My order did come out wrong but the staff quickly made it right. And my corrected food was cooked very quickly. I would choose to go here again.

My family and I was so excited to see a McDonald’s being built close to our home. However since they have open they have been nothing but trash. They have poor customer service and they are just throwing food out the window however they feel. I went for oatmeal this morning and got a hot cup of murky water with some oats floating around. I took it back to get the same oatmeal back and they had poured the water out and gave me the cup back. When I asked was it my same oatmeal he stated it wasn’t, however there was oatmeal all around the inside of the cup as if the water was poured out leaving me with the soggy oatmeal and it was as much in the cup. With customer service like this, this place will not last long and I will drive to the old McDonald on the other side instead of coming to this place. Just because it’s close doesn’t mean it’s better. My advice is do better.

Placed an order in the drive through for 2 Quarters Pounder with cheese. I had one of the survey to get one BOGO get to the window ready to pay. The cashier went to get the Manager who identified herself as the GM. She said I couldn’t use the BOGO because I didn’t purchase my original meal from that location and I would need to go back to the Richardson store to use the BOGO offer. I explained to her I don’t live in Richardson and I live across the street from this location and I have never had an issue with the BOGO offer. She said in a very rude voice you’re not going to use it here. I asked for the Corp office number she refused to give that information and I told here I will be doing a survey on this location and will find the Corp office number to let them know of the issue. She said she didn’t care. I went to the other location 8 minutes away and didn’t have a problem with using the BOGO offer. Look like this store is having a lot of problems with customer service they haven’t been open long and out of 60 reviews they at a 2.9 rating. To the GM Please realize we choose to spend our money at your location and we can take our business elsewhere. Bottom line “If you don’t have customers you want have a job.” ✌

Very friendly staff at this McDonald’s location. Food is also better, hamburgers are not sloppy, chicken nuggets, and French fries taste better than other locations. They might be changing their frying oil more often.

Used to go here almost daily for lunch, not anymore. The customer service is non existent. You have to practically beg for condiments. Sometimes the food is hot and other times it feels as if the burger was made 30 minutes prior. Also they have gone cheeper on ingredients while charging more for everything. I’m done with this one.

I know everything says 24hrs at for this location but it’s not. I keep posting the hours and changing times but it’s not sticking. Other then having 3 cups with cracks and leaking all over and them still trying to hand them to me they have been ok. Just wish they would be 24hrs
