I live 1.4 miles from here so I only go for the convenience. Somehow in the 6 minutes it takes to get home, my food is always luke warm. They are also very stingy on the fries, they don’t even go above the middle arch of the box. They also NEVER give me any sauce for my nuggets. I have started to make sure I have my order right before driving away. 4 out of 5 times they forget something.

The food is always good at McDonald’s, especially their french fries! I don’t always like their customer service. A lot of times, they get our order wrong. I don’t like the fact that their lobby closes early, and it is always freezing cold in there, even during the winter! It’s ridiculous how cold it is in their lobby!

So me and my kids were very thirsty froma long drive and decides to go to this mcdonald for drinks. On 08/07/23 around 1030pm I came to order drinks and the drive thru person had ask me “what can I get for you” so I had order a raspberry freeze a sweet tea and a powerade with sprite. He then pause for a good 5 sec and says he don’t have sprite. Then he ends our conversation by say “total be at the first window” first of costumer service is not suppose to talk like that. I was going to order mcdouble too. When I got to the window I said what’s wrong you guys don’t have any sprite. He says we ran out a lot of people been ordering sprite. Now I pulled up to the second window and there I see the shift leader coming over to the window to peak at me. Which is really weird. The guys had grab me my powerade and then left the window to go get me my sweet tea and raspberry freeze. Came back and gave me my drinks. I had left and when I drink my drink it was water down at the bottom like they were so scared of business and lazy that they out ice into the cups for so long that the ice water down and then put our drinks into them. My powrade also tasted like some ones breath nasty I don’t know if they chew on ice and spit it in there or what it was but drinking out of a drink and I can smell a breath oder is disgusting. And then my sweet tea was not sweet and yes again water down again. Now I’ve been in this industry for so long and I have never seen sprite ran out. I have never tasted water down drink that has a odor of a human breath very disgusting. Now I blame the shift leader during that shift because if she was professional in what her role is this would never happen being lazy and finding the easy way out is not except able. If i could give negative stars for this place, i would. They push people to use the kiosk to order, but the people in the back CAN NOT read the orders correctly. Got lunch with my daughter n her bff, got home, and their order was correct. Mine, on the other hand, was made wrong, but it was too late cuz we were already home. Not wasting my gas. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDERS TO MAKE SURE IT IS CORRECT.

If I could rate 0 star I would, I strongly would not recommend to buy any food from the Mc Donald’s restaurant located at 2244 Lake Washington Blvd, West Sacramento, CA 95691. They scammed me, I ordered food on the mobile app, somehow the app wasn’t working properly, I didn’t get the food from this restaurant but they still charged me anyway and they did not refund my money back to me. The manager didn’t care about it.
