When their computer system wouldn’t recognize my code for the McDonald’s app I was told by manager that I needed to wait 15 minutes to refresh, I done so. Then it said I would need to wait a additional 15 minutes because something was going on with the app itself. Which ended up being 45 minutes total I waited. Once app refresh and I selected that location. And gave the provided code to cashier. It was still not being recognized in their system the cashier then told me that she would see if management could over ride and do the BYGO breakfast sandwiches. Since it’s clearly a issue on McDonald’s end. Manager told me there is nothing she can do I needed to pay full price. Regardless of what the app said. Why couldn’t she have told me that from the start instead of having me wait almost a hour?!!?

This location is my favorite. The young lady at the drive thru, Aliyah,is always so sweet. She always makes my day. The food is fresh every time and it’s never an issue if something is wrong. If I could give 0 stars , I would. I ordered a 6 piece nugget and a medium fry. That’s what I paid for. The nuggets were in a 6 piece box but when I opened it , there were only 4 nuggets there. How does that even happen ? And of course I didn’t notice till I got home. I have a baby too so it’s too much to go back and it’s honestly a waste of gas but that makes me so mad to where I almost want to laugh

Went to the drive-through and got breakfast I ordered two sausage egg McMuffin’s. Got my food and drove off and then about 10 minutes later when I stop did my food I noticed they cannot count. It’s not hard I ordered two not one but I paid for two. It’s not our responsibility to check the orders to make sure they’re right, you should be able to count.
