Yummy Lebanese food. Traditional food prepared well. Always a great spot for late lunch or dinner in Squirrel Hill.

Ok here’s the catch! The chef cooks the most authentic home style dishes! You know; the ones your grandma in that old village used to cook? Yep. That’s what am talking about!

The menu was fairly standard; what you’d expect at a Mediterranean place here. Food was delicious. Perfectly cooked and seasoned! Nice tender lamb. Smooth tangy hummus. Warm pita.

Lamb shank was divine. Would be nice if the meal came with salad at the same time to give the overall dish a variety of colour, even a sprig of thyme would give it a good photo opportunity. Salad was too good to be photographed, ate it before I could snap one. Service was quick, a good fairly priced place for an in-and-out craving.

Thank you for helping to make my event such a success! The food selections you suggested were very much appreciated. The guests were discussing about how much they enjoyed the delicious food you prepared for us. Thank you! I will definitely order from you again.

I didn’t get much meat and they over complicated by giving me a gallon of rice. Dipping sauce was plain tomato sauce. Was not worth it for the price. Will not go there again.

This place is such a gem. We had great dinner for 4 people, and some of us have food restrictions. All of our request we are accommodated, we weren’t rushed and was such a great experience

I have been eating at this restaurant since I was a young girl. The consistency never fails. It is so delicious and fresh – always homemade. Freshly brewed and minted iced tea is a great way to start the meal. The hummus and baba ghannouj are thick and flavorful – authentically the way they are supposed to be. You get complimentary, fresh, hot pita the minute you sit down at your table. The grape leaves are to die for. For lunch, the moussaka is my ultimate favorite (very hearty). Get extra feta on your lunch salad (salad comes with lunch entrees and dinner entrees, and the feta is shredded and heavenly). For dinner – lamb chops with mujadarra instead of the usual rice is a prime choice. Extra caramelized onions of course. Pricing for the lunch menu is SO reasonable, as well as the dinner menu. You pay for what you get. Portion sizes are amazing and freshness is exceptional. Finally, my personal favorite — DESSERT! There are always homemade seasonal desserts. The current lemon cream cake is my absolute favorite. Stop by and give it a try! You won’t be disappointed.

I asked for the lamb to be cooked medium rare, but it was well done ~brown all the way thru. It wasn’t terribly dry, so I didn’t say anything. The waitresses never did ask how anything was. Also, it had a 4 inch long hair in it. They didn’t take it off my bill. Btw, their babba ganoosh was lacking flavor. Needless to say, I’ll never go back.
