Mi Covina is a really nice high end Mexican Restaurant that serves great food and drinks. Can never go wrong with it. My family and I had a great time and enjoyed everything. Staff was nice too. Nice to see one in McKinney now. This is also a court hard behind the restaurant that all the other businesses share which is pretty nice for kids and hanging out

A new Mi Cocina has arrived in McKinney and it is as exceptional as ever. Wonderful service, perfect margaritas, very modern decor, and savory fare. Parking might be a bit tight but there is a garage right next door. We now have another nearby favorite place to dine.

Mi Cocina, a restaurant that has been open for only one week really really impressed me. Usually newer restaurants have their staff running around a little lost still trying to get a feel for the environment. Mi Cocina, does NOT have that problem. Our server Santiago, was absolutely incredible. Fast, efficient, professional and overall attentive. I’m from El Paso, Texas and so far, Mi Cocina has come the closest to me feeling like I’m back at home. This was a date night for the books.

Jessica is AMAZING!!! The food was fresh and quick to the table! I LOVED the Skinney Smash Margarita! My husband and I enjoyed the atmosphere with the fun music. Loved that everything was super clean and tidy! We will definitely be back!

Grand Opening day! It’s a beautiful location and the biggest I’ve been to. Plenty of space for bigger parties on the patio or indoors. There’s a common space between mi Cocina & bobs that super cute as well if you wanna let your kids run around!

The host was very friendly. Our server was amazing. He was on top of our drinks and order. The restaurant is beautiful. When it gets cooler outside the patio will be so nice. The food is terrible. Very bland. If you are someone who doesn’t like spices or seasonings this place is for you. The chips have an odd taste, I would say they tasted burnt but they’re not burnt just its normal flavor. Their salsa has is basically just tomatoes again no spice or flavor. We ordered their nachos. I appreciated each chip had their own toppings but it only had one piece of chicken, small amount of beans and barely any cheese. We live nearby and frequently go to Bobs next door. We were hoping to have another option of food but sadly this isn’t for us!
