So first, I didn’t realize they closed at 4pm on Saturday, I could have sworn Google said 6pm. When I arrived, no cars in parking lot, Open sign was turned off, but I saw movement inside. The whole family was waiting inside for me to pick up my order! I’m so sorry guys! Especially when they only take 1 day off on Sunday.

Speaking as someone from Southern California who is a stickler for real, authentic Mexican food, this is my absolute favorite Mexican joint in Coeur d’Alene. If you go to Mi Jalisco any day of the week during the lunch hour, this place is just PACKED full of Spanish-speaking Mexicans – to me, this is the real test of any place claiming to be authentic. This place hits all the right marks as far as good Mexican food is concerned. 999 out of 10 would recommend any day of the week!!!!

Had the combo fajitas (chicken and beef). Pretty good! Big portions for a good price ($15). They do serve free chips/salsa. The salsa is decent but mild in spice and flavor. Friendly staff and a very clean, colorful restaurant.

I just had the best beef quesadilla I’ve had in a while! Everything was so perfect. It’s such a cute, clean little place with very friendly staff and it appeared like they were making everything from scratch. I loved it and found a new favorite Mexican spot in Coeur D’Alene.

A nice stop for a casual experience. The street tacos are really good. The burrito was alright. It is like an expensive taco restaurant. Not the place if you are looking for a large unlimited free chips and salsa or a more private experience.
