I recently visited this restaurant and had a great experience! Although we ordered to-go, the food was still fantastic. The pork tamales were incredibly moist and flavorful – some of the best I’ve ever had. I also tried the beans, which had a delicious smoky taste that really elevated the dish. The menu options were varied, and there was something for everyone. The service was prompt and friendly, and the ambiance was cozy and welcoming. Overall, I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious food and great service. 10/10

Amazing handmade tamales! You can tell they’re homemade – the maza is so flavorful. Top two are the chicken tamales and jalapeño/cheese tamales. They’re also a really great size!! Also picked up a horchata and Jamaica tea drink. So good!

I don’t usually eat out, but I’ve been moving and thinking about cooking has been to stressful. My coworker recommended this place since it’s on my new way home so I stopped in. Going in blind (not seeing reviews) I knew it was a 50/50 on being good or bad but I’m a betting person and I’m glad I am. The three tacos I got tasted amazing, I’m full but could keep eating. It felt pricey when I was paying but I’d much rather pay for something like this than go to a chain and get bad service for below average food.

Paid $20 for a below average cheese enchilada plate. Sauce and tortillas were gross, and it’s pretty hard to mess up enchiladas in my book. Rice and green sauce was good but beans weren’t great. The icing on the cake and the reason I won’t be back is when I asked for a few chips with my meal, she wanted to charge me extra. ✌️

Queso, beans, and beef fajitas were all on point. The salsas are all out of this world. Definitely giving the tamales a try on the next visit. Don’t be deterred by the construction to get the parking lot (2023), this place is definitely worth the visit and a great to-go option.

This hidden gem may be a pain to get to due to construction, but you will get the tastiest and softest tamales and Churros in the area. Priced great and super organized. Must try. They also have vegan tamales!
