Service and food were horrible. I asked to add onions to my burger and the server said the manager said they can’t add anything to the burger. I ordered my burger rare and it came out over well done. I asked if they could cook it rare and the manager said I would have to pay for another burger if they cook another one.

We got our beers after 30 minutes of waiting while they just needed to open up 3 bottles! We were 11 people, 4 of us got our orders (shrimp wrap, burger, nachos, and wings) after 45 minutes while when we had finished our dinner, 3 of us did not get theirs yet!

It was super busy when we came to eat. We love their fries and wings! Their drinks was also good. They were very short handed so we had to wait a little but we had time so we didn’t mind. Staff was friendly and they always check on our needs.

Ordered the garlic knot appetizer & drinks about 10-15 mins before meal. Entree came first .. server asked if we wanted to wait for the garlic knots they had to “make” the dough. So kitchen had no intentions of serving that app for the rest of the night. Chicken was good as well as the Baja salmon salad. Also tried to order cinnamon knots after my meal hoping that the freshly made dough would be amazing… Burt, to a crisp. But the grand finale occurred when my guest went to restroom where there were several roaches scrambling around and dead ones left behind from previous guests. Definitely will not be returning.

I am a regular customer come here often. Came this evening and the woman servers are just awful. They never came to check on us with the food or to ask if we wanted another beer. Took forever to get our first beer. Being a server myself they were not that busy. Our server was very rude. Couldn’t get our food off the table fast enough and never said thank you nothing. She was very unkind. Kinda makes me not want to return. I come regularly. It’s a shame

The people at the door are some of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. They had no reservations and basically kicked us out. The food was raw and the drinks are basically water. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
