Ordered for curbside pickup because I was sick and didn’t want to go inside. As soon as I arrived I called to let them know I was there waiting. I was told my order was just being cooked, so I waited. 20 minutes went by and I heard nothing and no on brought out my order. I ended up going inside and of course my order was sitting on the pickup rack getting cold. Probably should replace a couple of the young workers with an adult to supervise to make sure they stay focused while working…

I come here often with my family. Today I was the only one in line and felt like they were in a major hurry. I was in with my 2 young daughters ordering 4 custom mods and the ladies building my pizzas made us feel very rushed and uncomfortable. Not sure why the hurry, no one behind us. First time experiencing this issue. Otherwise good as usual.

We normally get our Mod from the one in Smokey Point, which is nice… Good service, clean, well stocked. We stopped here on our way back from Monroe. While the food was good – Mod always is – and the service was fine, the cleanliness of the place was terrible. They were out of both kinds of iced tea, and the floors, tables and surfaces were quite dirty. Nothing looked like it had been wiped down or swept in quite awhile. Maybe they had just had a big rush, but otherwise, I wouldn’t eat in here again because of how unpleasant the environment was.

Yeah it really has huge areas on the 11inch pizza that has zero cheese. After paying almost $100 for pizzas and salad I so want a refund. Salad has wilted tasting lettuce too. MOD is usually good. Not this time though.
