Don’t order catering from here. I ordered the taco bar bundle, picked it up at 11 AM. Drove 45 minutes south to do a lunch. Unpacked it and did not have tacos. No soft shell no hard shell no tacos in the taco bar bundle.

I don’t think someone with dreadlocks or long hair should be serving food. Isn’t that a health thing and aren’t they supposed to have their hair ties back? The food server had his dreadlocks hanging his face when he was dishing up people’s food. Booth seats were pretty rough and the Verde had too much line and cilantro. I don’t think we’ll be back to that Moe’s at Crossroads.

Jessica McClarnon- called herself the general manager, is a very unprofessional leader in this company. She does not value the consistency of repeat customers. She was rude, condescending and very disgraceful. I have never in all of my many visits to this restaurant, when making orders for personal and professional settings. ever been treated with such disrespect. All it would have taken for me was 1. Listening to my issue. 2. Apologize for any miscommunication and this would have been over. You preceded to argue, Yell at me and be very disrespectful. Including telling me there was nothing I could do about how you just treated me. Humm let’s see..

My husband loves it her, but I’ve not been overly thrilled. The staff is hard to hear and don’t seem happy to be at work. The one gal looked quite unkempt with her hair everywhere. The chips we received were half smashed into little bits, but hidden by the full chips. My burrito was okay, but I just didn’t feel like it had a lot of flavor. Too expensive too, in my opinion.

The food tasted great. However… I Was rushed through the line ordering. Upon time to get a refill…. I asked to get another cup so that the germs from my cup did not get on a drink machine. I was denied twice. I watched as more and more people drinking without lids or straws refilled there drinks… spreading there germs on the drink machine. You can do better Moes. ♀️ During a time of a pandemic…. getting a NEW cup PRIOR to refilling your drink is mandatory for customer health and safety. Please fix this.
