Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 – Kitsune udon with sweet potato. Udon was cooked well and still had some great chewiness. The soup was great and I was able to finish the whole thing! The tempura crumbs can make the soup a bit oily so will ask for it on the side the next time. The sweet potato tempura was amazing with crunchy exterior and soft interior

First impressions: Loved it! My favorite Udon spot is at the mitsuwa in Costa Mesa so having this spot so close to home is great! Not as good as my favorite spot but still very good in its own way. Looking forward to next time!

Noodles were undercooked, broth did not have tonkotsu flavor at all. Needs alot more dashi. Not impressed at all. Go to sawtell instead.

Super tasty! By far the best udon place I’ve been to. Soup was savory but not too salty, and the kitsune udon’s tofu skin is just the way I love. My favorite tempura is probably their pumpkin tempura, because they always use good quality pumpkin!

This place is by far one of the best Udon Restaurants in the area. I come from Downey to enjoy this delicious delicacy. Their Tempura shrimp are a bit small but they are well worth the price!

A worker named Elizabeth from what we were told was witnessed yelling at a customer that she was on break. The customer had asked her Excuse me.. because she had a question and the worker yelled at the customer who had just bought food from her. Even a manager or owner would not act that way toward a customer buying from a business. It’s common decency to atleast respond kindly. Sad to have seen this happen to a customer.
